1. How will you find potential buyers for my property?
I have an extensive marketing plan which allows me to attract the right buyers to your property. The majority of the buyers will come from viewing your property directly from the MLS once the property is listed. However I also include Social Media Marketing, Postcard marketing, Email Marketing and Direct Marketing to other agents to showcase your property to potential buyers.
2. What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?
I charge a standard 6% fee because of all the Full Package Marketing efforts that I provide my clients.
3. Is your fee negotiable or are you flexible?
Absolutely! I am willing to reasonably negotiate my fee depending on the marketing strategy of your choice.
4. How long will it take to sell my home?
A home that is competitively and correctly priced should not take longer than 3 months from the time it is listed to the date of the sale. However all homes are different and the time they takes to sell depends on a variety of factors. Condition, Price, Financing, Location, Economy etc all play a major roll in the selling timeline.
